PEOPLE PER ENTERPRISE

People per enterprise measures the number of residents in each state to the number of enterprises. We have used this as an indicator to measure the state’s effectiveness in promoting entrepreneurship and providing support for aspiring entrepreneurs. The lower the ratio of people per enterprise, the more effective that state is in promoting entrepreneurship.
